Meal #1
My belly is still full from tonight's meal.It began with a Roasted Beet and Arugula Salad with goat cheese and avocado, followed by oven roasted potato wedges with minced garlic and shaved goat cheese, rounded out with a bowl of butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds to garnish.
